Refund policy

• We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  
  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.   We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 15 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
• Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
• Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. 
• Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 
• Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.

1. Unworn/unwashed garments can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase with their original receipt & tag. 

2.No refunds can be made on products in Clearance Sales.

3. If any item purchased at full price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the marked-down price.

4. All prices are fixed and inclusive of taxes.

Our Return Policy is simple and hassle-free. Please send the product(s) back from any courier service in Unworn/unwashed condition.

Please re-use our flyer or any other good quality shopping bag to pack products and must mention your order number, Dont use the Courier flyer as you will be charged extra by them. We will refund the amount of your products via JazzCash or Easypaisa Or In your Bank Account. Please write your account details on the back of the invoice or send us by Email or WhatsApp reference with order details. We will refund the invoice amount to you within 5 working days.

Note: Only defective items are refunded or exchanged in Sale.
